Care Solar Solutions (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, the AI tools and our WhatsApp channel, and how we protect it in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you share: name, mobile number, area, property type and message.
• Calculator inputs such as monthly bill, pincode and roof area, used only to produce your estimate.
• Electricity bill uploads: read by an AI service to extract consumption figures. The file is processed in memory and is not stored by us.
• Basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) to keep the site secure and fast.

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry, site survey, quotation and installation — by call or WhatsApp.
• To prepare the solar estimates and reports you ask for.
• For service, warranty and AMC reminders once you are a customer.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us deliver (for example messaging, hosting or payment partners), under confidentiality.

Your choices

Security

Data is stored on secured servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access for our team, regular backups and audit logs.
